Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Our automated online payment system allows overseas customers to pay in their own currency - from a list of over 150 currencies - including the Euro. When purchasing you are offered a price that you will actually pay on your Visa or Mastercard.

Delivery Schedule We will normally process your order within 24 hours.Delivery will be made in accordance to your requests.Standard U.K delivery will normally take 3-5 working days.If there is to be a delay with your order you will be notified via e-mail on reasons why.
Please note that Next Day deliveries does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy Faulty Goods-
If an item is faulty, or becomes faulty through normal use, please take the following action.
For purchases under 30 days we will exchange the item at no cost to you. Phone or email us to arrange a replacement.
For purchases over 30 days, but less than 12 months, please return the item to the address below. After inspection we will either repair, replace or return (if not a manufacturing fault) the item. If faulty, we will reimburse, within reason, costs incurred for returning the item.

Exchanges-

If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction,you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused or in it's original packaging.Inverness Golf Centre Ltd cannot accept returns on used merchandise,custom fit clubs or personalised goods.You must contact us ,via email,of your return within 7 days of delivery of the goods.Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.Proof of purchase will be required.
Send the item to the address below with a covering note, including your name, address and order number, explaining the action you would prefer us to take.
We recommend you use a reputable courier for large items and Special Delivery for smaller items.
